Meet Yvonne

Once a lawyer and now a legal recruiter, Yvonne Tucker is a trusted advisor in the Australian legal market. Starting her career in-house before moving into private practice, her legal experience gives her insight into the challenges that lawyers can face when navigating their career path.  She transitioned into recruitment in 2010 and developed her expertise in legal recruitment working at a global recruitment agency before moving to a specialist legal recruitment agency.  She worked her way up to Director level leading and managing a team before founding Luxton Miller. She combines her expertise and insight to provide guidance to lawyers and employers, with a focus on building long term connections. During her career she has recruited lawyers of all levels for both law firms and the in-house market.
